She holds a Master's degree in International Transport and Strategic Logistics, bringing a strong background in project management, organizational development, and strategic planning.

With a bold and inclusive vision, Ms. Salloum is deeply committed to promoting gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and social transformation through innovative and sustainable solutions. Under her leadership, Futura Solutions Partners has quickly positioned itself as a key player in advisory services, strategic research, and the implementation of high-impact development programs, in collaboration with both national and international partners such as UNDP, UN Women, USAID, and Kaizen Company.
