M. Houssein Osman

Mr. Houssein Osman Aden is the Managing Director of Futura Solutions Partners SARL, a Djiboutian consulting firm specializing in gender equality, social inclusion, participatory governance, and institutional capacity development. He holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics Engineering with Honors from Central China Normal University and brings over ten years of experience in international development cooperation, project management, and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI+) programming.

Throughout his career, he has served in technical leadership and advisory roles for projects funded by USAID, UNDP, UNHCR, and the Government of Japan. His expertise includes women’s leadership, prevention of gender-based violence (GBV/FGM), civil society capacity strengthening, social cohesion, and the design and delivery of Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes.

Under his leadership, Futura Solutions Partners continues to deliver innovative and evidence-based solutions that advance inclusive governance, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development, while strengthening partnerships with national, regional, and international development stakeholders.
